You need socks. Bring them, or buy them!

Playground Rules

All children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult, age 18 or older. All children, including infants, must have an electronic waiver on file. Adults must be accompanied by a child to enter. All playgrounds have an inherent risk of injury. You assume the risk for yourself and the children you bring.

Everyone, including adults that are not playing, must remove their shoes and have on clean socks before entering. Shoes may be worn in the restrooms and front entry ONLY. Socks are available for purchase.

Breakaway is NOT responsible for the loss, theft or damage to your personal property. Shoe cubicles are not monitored by staff. You may keep your shoes and other belongings with you. Remove jewelry and empty pockets before playing. Please wait until you have crossed back through the front gate to put your shoes back on.

Outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited. We allow coffee, plain water, and pureed baby food only. Tea, flavored water, energy drinks, etc. are not allowed. Pizza orders are placed hourly. Please ask a staff member for details.

No food, drinks, or gum are allowed in the play areas.

No re-entry. Once you leave the facility you must pay to re-enter. Exception: Active monthly members may re-enter at no additional charge.

Breakaway staff are NOT responsible for the supervision or behavior of the children. Please speak to your children about playing nice and obeying the rules. Adults are responsible for enforcing the rules posted throughout the playground and facility. Please walk around frequently to check on your children. Do NOT ignore announcements asking adults to stand up and locate their children. Adults are encouraged to play with their children but should not jump on trampoline

If you observe an issue, please notify a manager immediately. If managers are made aware of a child playing rough or inappropriate they will notify the responsible adult. The adult will be asked to address the concerns. The adult may also be asked to stay with the child/children at all times for the remainder of their visit. If there is a second incident regarding the same child/children, the entire group may be asked to leave without refund.

Arguing between adults will not be tolerated. Both parties may be asked to leave. Foul language will result in removal as well.

Encourage your children to use the restroom before they begin playing. If your child is not potty trained, please put them in a pull up or diaper.

 For the health and safety of all guests, we ask that you avoid coming if you or your child has experienced any symptom of sickness in the past 48 hours. If a child or adult throws up their entire group will be asked to leave regardless of the cause, as we must be considerate of other families.

Due to the nature of our business, we do NOT allow guests to host parties unless they have pre-booked and pre-paid for a private party room through our facility. Guests that do not have a party room prebooked through us are NOT allowed to bring in outside food or drinks, party decorations, gifts, or party favors. We do not book parties the day of.

No weapons are allowed on the premises.

Absolutely NO drugs or alcohol allowed.

No pets allowed. Service animals must be leashed and under the control of its handler.
