1. This is a sock only facility. Socks must be worn by both adults and children.  No shoes or bare feet are allowed past the entry. Socks can be purchased if needed. This helps keep our facility clean for the kiddos and ensure the longevity of our equipment.
  2. All parents or guardians must sign a waiver for each child before use of the playground. A form of I.D. must be presented.
  3. Adults must be accompanied by a child to enter the facility.
  4. Parental supervision is required at all times. Day care is not available.
  5. No re-entry once you exit from the premises. Standard entry fees will apply upon re-entry.
  6. Outside food and drinks are prohibited unless pre-approved for booked parties and events.
  7. No gum allowed in play areas.
  8. No food or drinks in the play areas or on the matted areas.
  9. No flips or stunts on the trampoline. No climbing or hanging on the nets, poles, or walls of the structures.
  10. No climbing up the slides.
  11. No rude or rough play. In the event a child or adult violates this policy they will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund. Inappropriate language will result in your removal as well.
  12. Please be considerate of other families and do not bring sick children to the playground.
  13. Remove all jewelry, watches, loose clothing, sharp objects, and coins from pockets before going on play equipment.
  14. No toys are allowed in the climbing structure.
  15. All playgrounds have an inherent risk of injury. You assume the risk for yourself and the children you bring.
  16. Absolutely no drugs or alcohol allowed.
  17. We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage to your personal property.
  18. No weapons allowed on the premises.
